AMR ASIA Fosters a Happy Workplace Through SHAP Program to Promote Employee Well-being

AMR Asia Public Company Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Industrial Promotion under the SMEs Happy and Productive (SHAP) program, aimed at enhancing organizational well-being among small and medium-sized enterprises through the concept of Human-Centered Productivity, which emphasizes personal development alongside improved work efficiency.

The program represents a collaboration between the public and private sectors. The Department of Industrial Promotion will provide ongoing consultation through SHAP Agents throughout the program period (October 2024 – December 2025), while AMR ASIA will allocate internal resources and develop wellness initiatives tailored to its organizational context.
