Role and Area of responsibilities:

• สนับสนุนงานด้านเทคนิค และด้านวิศวกรรม (Engineering Support) ในการจัดทำโครงการต่าง ๆ ในลักษณะและรูปแบบของ Technical Presale Support ให้แก่ฝ่ายขาย
• ศึกษาผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งในส่วนของระบบและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• สามารถนำเสนอสินค้าทั้งระบบและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในด้านเทคนิค วิศวกรรมและเทคโนโลยีของผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการ รวมถึง Knowhow ในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้งานในด้านต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างเหมาะสม ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า (Products/Solutions Presentation)
• สาธิตและทดสอบ (Proof of Concept) สินค้าและระบบที่นำเสนอแก่ลูกค้า ตามที่ลูกค้ากำหนด
• เป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านเทคนิคให้แก่หน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
• กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การขายระบบและอุปกรณ์ ตลอดจน Technical Solution ต่าง ๆ ร่วมกับฝ่ายขาย เพื่อให้เกิดยอดขาย และขยายตลาดไปยังหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ศึกษาเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ พร้อมทั้งสรรหาผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงพันธมิตรทางด้าน Technical Solutions ที่เหมาะสมกับการทำธุรกิจขององค์กร เพื่อเตรียมโครงการนำเสนอให้กับลูกค้าหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
• บริหารจัดการ สนับสนุน และพัฒนาทีมงาน ให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ สร้างความพร้อมสำหรับงานที่ต้องการนำเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่มาประยุกต์ใช้ในองค์กร
• สนับสนุนและให้ความร่วมมือ ติดตั้งและควบคุมงาน รวมทั้งสามารถทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายติดตั้ง เพื่อให้ส่งมอบงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เรียบร้อย ถูกต้อง
• สนับสนุนและให้ความร่วมมือ ซ่อมแก้ไขและบำรุงรักษาระบบและอุปกรณ์ รวมทั้งสามารถทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงรักษา (Maintenance Services) เพื่อให้ส่งมอบงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เรียบร้อย ถูกต้อง

Qualifications and education requirements:

• วุฒิการศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้ากำลัง
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน อย่างน้อย 10 ปี ในงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มี กว. ไฟฟ้ากำลัง

Preferred skills:

• ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย ตามหลักวิศวกรรมสากล
• ต้องสามารถปฏิบัติงานด้านวิศวกรรมอื่น ๆ ที่เหมาะสมและจำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัทฯ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายเพิ่มเติมได้

Role and Area of responsibilities:

รับความต้องการจากลูกค้าหรือผู้บริหารเพื่อดำเนินการกระจายงานให้กลุ่มวิศวกรที่สนับสนุนโครงการ และติดตามงาน

• ทำแผน และกำหนดแผนการทำงาน รวมถึงกระจายงานไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บรรลุเวลาในการเสนอราคากับลูกค้า
• ติดตามงานและรายงานปัญหาให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา และกลุ่มวิศวกรที่สนับสนุนการทำเอกสารของโครงการ เพื่อหาแนวทางป้องกัน และแก้ไขปัญหา

เตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการนำเสนอ (Presentation) รายละเอียดภาพรวมของโครงการ รวมถึงเก็บข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากทางหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานโครงการนั้น ๆ

• เก็บฐานข้อมูลของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินการในช่วงเสนอราคา (Bidding Phase) เพื่อให้สามารถบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ในการขาย
• มีฐานข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการที่รับผิดชอบที่ครบถ้วน และถูกต้อง
• เตรียมข้อมูลและทำ Presentation เพื่อสนับสนุนการขายหรือดำเนินการโครงการ

ติดต่อและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการขายโครงการ

• เก็บ Report and Status จากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลสนับสนุนงานขาย

วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและจัดทำราคา รวมถึงจัดการเอกสารเพื่อดำเนินการในช่วงเสนอราคา (Bidding Phase)

• นำข้อมูลและเอกสารต้นทุนของโครงการ

Qualifications and education requirements:

• ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้า ไฟฟ้าสื่อสาร คอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านงานขายหรือสนับสนุนงานขาย ในงานสื่อสารหรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบรถไฟฟ้าหรือระบบของงานโครงการขนาดใหญ่ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AI และ IoT
• สามารถใช้ MS-Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint ได้อย่างดี
• สามารถสื่อสาร พูด และเขียนภาษาอังกฤษในระดับทำงานได้
• สามารถจัดเก็บเอกสารและข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ
• มีความอยากเรียนรู้ และอดทนต่อแรงกดดันในการทำงาน
• สามารถอ่าน cash flow ได้

Role and Area of responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, fine tune and maintain hardware and software solutions on managed product portfolio.
• Develop and provide training courses to customers.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test hardware and software performances for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work among team members to knowledgeable those fixes.
• Liaise with vendors/distributors and team members for solution.
• Completely provide configuration documents to customers.
• Provide 1st 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues.
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
• Provide corrective and preventive maintenance within SLA upon technical support agreement.
• Proactively achieve assigned technical competencies on targeted/agreed timeline.

Qualifications and education requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting solutions relevant to managed product portfolio based in customer’s environments.
• Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of solutions relevant to managed product portfolio based in customer’s environments.
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (i.e., VMware, Hyper-V, Xen)
• Experience with monitoring systems
• Solid server and storage skills
• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)

Role and Area of responsibilities:

• Construct/update the financial model and feasibility study.
• Analyze customer credit and financial performance.
• Recommend assumptions and assess project feasibility.
• Analyze risks and returns, providing insightful recommendations.
• Prepare presentations for Management and the Board Committee
• Enhance financial evaluation processes through automation.
• Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities in related area.
• Provide and recommend on short-term and long-term corporate financing solution
• Explore and recommend financing alternatives for the company
• Review loan agreement and any transaction related agreements and comment for commercial and financial terms.

Qualifications and education requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, MBA, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 5-7 Years experiences in investment banking, project finance advisory, financial project management, business analysis, forecasting, or financial feasibility study.
• Experiences in financial modeling, M&A, project finance, due diligence, and project feasibility.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
