3.2. Terbium CU
Terbium Cu is a local data gathering, processing and control unit, is designed to sore data on kWh and Maximum Demand of each Terbium RU effectively and accurately. Terbium CU can be easily installed with all the 3 Phase of Secondary Side Transformer. It also has Real Time Clock that can record the time for kWh wan Maximum Demand. At midnight, Terbium CU will get data such as Daily Date from Terbium RU referring to Terbium RU number and by setting schedule. Terbium CU has the following characteristics:
- Can be installed indoor and outdoor
- Collect Time Of Used Rate data from each Terbium RU that is linked to Terbium CU from up to 50 -300 Terbium RU
- Easy to set functions as requite (Remotely Programmable)
- Built-in PSTN or GSM or GPRS Modem upon request
- Periodic update meters’ present data at a fixed time interval ranging from 5 to 60 minutes as pre-set by the Manufacturer
- Periodic system status checking
- Automatic local correction with intelligent schema
- Intelligent location searching system that’s a mechanism for registering Terbium-RU to the services automatically and smartly.
3.3.
Master Control Center
Master Control Center comprises of computer and Terbium MC which master
and control the system and transform data for Utility’s daily operation,
planning, analysis and business purposes such as billing, customer services,
statistical analysis and system management. Terbium-MC is designed modularly
and expandable base on the size of the system. Terbium-MC defines 2 sub
modules, AMR system management module and AMR database management module.
Both of sub modules can be reached by authorized person with authentication
system. Master Control Center has the following characteristics:
- Store date on kWh and Maximum Demand of every Terbium RU
- Convenient to use because Master Control Center supports GUI and Text File Base Report.
- Can retrieve previous data from each Terbium CU or Terbium RU
- Has Password Protection
- Can alert if Terbium Cu of Terbium RU is having problems
- Terbium MC can operate with basic computer such as:
CPU: Pentium 2 Processor 302 MHz. Or Amd K6
Operating System: Windows 9x, Windows NT, Win2K or Windows ME
Ram: not less than 64 MB
- Terbium MC can operate with Windows 2000 or Windows NT
- Can link with Terbium CU using Dial-Up Modem Through telephone circuit of other suitable network.
Terbium System
is an advanced Automatic Meter Reading System that can get data from
electromechanical conventional meter. Terbium System comprised of:
- Terbium RU as Reading Module
- Terbium CU as Concentrator
- Master Control Center works together with Software Terbium MC and Master Control Center
